• Custom or made-to-order jewellery may require 3–5 business days for preparation.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS to track your package in real time.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return shipping is free for eligible products requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with the product tag intact.

• Customers must record an opening video at the time of receiving the product. The video should clearly show the package being opened and the product in its original condition.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that are:

  • Used or worn

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Missing original packaging or tags

  • Requested without a valid opening video

• Products that do not meet the above conditions will be ineligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

• If an item arrives damaged, customers may request an exchange.

• An opening video is mandatory to validate damage claims.

• If the same item is out of stock, customers may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Another item of the same value.

• Damage claims raised without an opening video or beyond the eligible period will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

• Custom or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Product Care & Usage Disclaimer

• Neitra jewellery is designed for occasional and everyday elegance, but proper care is essential.

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, and cosmetics to maintain longevity.

• Improper handling or storage may cause wear, tarnishing, or damage, for which Neitra will not be responsible.

• Damage due to misuse or improper care is not eligible for return or exchange.

• As many pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of the product’s uniqueness.
